每份合約為期6年，分別於2018年6月1日及2018年8月1日起生效。

本集團舉辦承接典禮，以見證隧道管理業務發展的重要時刻。

CompletionoftheHongKong-Zhuhai-MacaoBridgeHongKongBoundaryCrossingFacilities–PassengerClearanceBuildingChunWo,theconstructionbusinessoftheGroup,hassecuredacontractofHongKong-Zhuhai-MacaoBridgeHongKongBoundaryCrossingFacilities–PassengerClearanceBuildingwhichvaluedatHK$8.4billionfromtheHighwaysDepartmentthroughajointventurein2014.After4yearsofcontributionsandeffortsbytheprojectteam,PassengerClearanceBuildingwascompletedin2018andtheHongKong–Zhuhai–MacaoBridgeofficiallycommencedoperationon24October2018.港珠澳大橋香港口岸旅檢大樓竣工本集團旗下建築業務－俊和於2014年透過聯營公司承辦路政署總值84億港元的港珠澳大橋香港口岸－旅檢大樓工程項目。

經過工程團隊四年間的貢獻和努力，旅檢大樓於2018年竣工，而港珠澳大橋亦於2018年10月24日正式通車。

Lifewire《護聯網》「我相港故」慈善攝影展俊和與Lifewire《護聯網》於2018年8月合辦「我相港故」慈善攝影展。

該展覽展出9名攝影師以「香港」為主題拍攝的作品，其中9幅精選作品更即場拍賣，為Lifewire《護聯網》幫助的罕見疾病兒童籌款。

此慈善攝影展共籌得超過240萬港元，善款扣除成本後全數捐贈Lifewire《護聯網》以幫助有需要人士。

ChunWoxSHELLCarbonEmissionOffsettingProgramChunWoandSHELLhavejoinedhandstolaunchtheCarbonEmissionOffsettingProgram.ChunWobecamethefirstandtheonlyengineeringcompanytoneutralize100%oftheCarbonDioxide(CO2)releasedfromcivilengineeringconstructionsitesandachievezeroemissionbypurchasinginternationallyrecognizedVerifiedCarbonUnits(VCUs)inHongKong.俊和與蜆殼（SHELL）推行減輕碳排放計劃俊和與蜆殼（SHELL）攜手推行減輕碳排放計劃，成為香港首家及唯一一間工程公司透過購買國際認證的碳信用額，抵銷100%由土木工程項目工地排放的二氧化碳，從而達到施工零排放。

俊和巴士於2019年5月舉行「新辦公室開幕儀式」。

於本年度，受內外因素的影響，建造業的營商環境仍充滿挑戰。

儘管身處逆境，本集團於本年度仍錄得營業額8,080,000,000港元及本公司股東（「股東」）應佔純利137,000,000港元。

於本年度，我們一直遵循本集團的長遠戰略計劃，致力成為亞洲尤其於粵港澳大灣區（「大灣區」）舉足輕重的建築及開發公司。

沿著此發展方向，我們正在投資具高潛力的建築相關公司，同時尋求機遇以促進我們於香港業務的增長。

此外，我們繼續透過合作關係以考察大灣區的發展項目，以符合我們擴大本集團收益來源的整體戰略目標。

我們亦為使用港珠澳大橋及高速鐵路的旅客提供非專營巴士服務，展現我們勇於嘗試，精益求精的精神。

除業務發展外，我們亦致力開發創新技術，並已取得令人鼓舞的成果，包括推出快速修補砂漿材料(R2M2)及採納人工智能技術以提高建築安全及效率。

去年，香港經濟錄得不規律的增長，實際本地生產總值於第三季度同期增長2.8%後，第四季度同期增長1.3%，最終2018年全年錄得3%1的增長。

中美貿易戰及美國聯邦儲備委員會宣佈加息，以及立法會的拉布行為所導致待審議事項大量屯積，其中包括與大型基礎建設項目有關的事項，當中所引致的經濟波動，令建築行業陷入低迷。

1AccordingtoTheHongKongTradeDevelopmentCouncilresearchon2May20191根據香港貿易發展局於2019年5月2日進行的研究14AsiaAlliedInfrastructureHoldingsLimitedAnnualReport2018/19CHAIRMAN’SSTATEMENT主席報告鑒於上述發展動態及市場挑戰，我們選擇以審慎方針推進業務發展。

因此，在我們的建築業務持續穩健發展的情況下，我們將定期檢視其他方面的營運以優化回報，當中包括物業發展及資產租賃業務。

展望未來，我們將繼續調整我們的物業組合，並通過成立合營公司於香港投資其他主要項目，以降低風險及減少財務支出。

同樣地，我們將密切關注並把握參與大灣區主要發展項目的機遇以達致我們長遠的目標。

除了致力推動核心業務發展外，我們亦進一步加強專業服務，包括保安及設施管理業務，以及隧道管理業務。

我們於2018年5月取得兩份為期六年的隧道管理合約，期後於2018年8月签订一份為期四年的隧道管理、營運及維修服務合約。

於本年度，本集團已取得17個新項目，其中包括曉明街公營房屋發展之建造工程；安達臣道石礦場用地發展－道路改善工程及行人連繫設施工程第二期甲；及新界東南堆填區擴展計劃之設計、採購及施工分判合約等重大項目。

就在建項目而言，本集團目前正在進行37個項目，其中大部分項目需要一定程度的專業技術及建築實力，而俊和正以此著稱。
